The Community Investment Fund of Indiana (CIFI) works with banks, local initiatives, and other community partners to fill gaps in business funding and flexible financing across Indiana. Our purpose is to generate positive change by expanding financial opportunities for low to moderate-income individuals and underserved communities.
Since its establishment 30 years ago, the CDFI Fund has provided nearly $3.6 billion through a variety of monetary award programs. We finance projects that create jobs, provide access to crucial goods and services, and foster economic development.
